Resolve Unable to Embed Picture on Email Issue of MS Outlook!



MS Outlook is one of the most widely used email client application which provides various features to its users like notes, email, journals, tasks and so on. These days, people love to embed pictures or graphics to their mails either for personal purpose or at their work place. But if you wish to use MS Outlook application for the same purpose and try to compose mail and insert picture as an embedded file into it, then the picture option might not be available to you. This situation occurs if the email format has not been set to HTML.

In order to embed or insert picture on email, you have to set your email format as HTML which can be done following below mentioned ways -

-- First, go to 'Tools' option and then click on Options sub-menu.
-- You will find a Mail Format tab, where go to the 'Send' in this message format list and click on 'HTML'.
-- After that choose Send Pictures option from Internet, click on Apply and finally click on 'OK' button.

Now, when the email format is set to HTML, so follow the methods below to embed graphics on your emails message body -

-- To begin with, first open the email message and place your cursor on the message body.
-- Then go to the Insert menu, click on Picture and browse the picture that you want to insert in the form.
-- Then click on the file and then click on 'Open' and then 'OK'.

In this way, the picture you want to insert will be embedded on your message body and then you can send it easily through your Outlook. However, it has been seen that in some cases, Outlook behaves quite absurdly and does not allows you to insert the picture. Outlook shows such behavior when the Outlook PST is corrupt due to several reasons like virus infections, 2 GB oversized issue, application malfunctioning, unexpected system shutdown, hardware malfunctioning and so on.
